    It is possible to do changes only in text parts?
    The problem is that if for example if i want to change words “Fake News” in a link and I have an image that is called “Fake News.jpg”, plugin change also this.

    The plugin doesn’t recognize different parts of the page, but the find rule can be written to change only what you want by making it specific so that it also must matche text and/or html on either side of the text of interest e.g. <span>Fake News</span> wouldn’t match an image.
