Try removing that bit of code:

.site-header{
  background: white !important;
}

Hi Andrew,

Taking out the code will bring me back to having the top of the header transparent and than it will drop the opacity when the header scrolls down. I want it to be fully the same as when I open the page.

Try this instead:

.site-header {
    background: rgba(255,255,255,.9);
}
