Change Option Text of advanced and normal select boxes

Hi. I cant attach a screenshot here. If you go to https://themes.g5plus.net/beyot/advanced-search/ and look at the first select box the placeholder is called all types. I need to change this to property types. I need to change the other placeholders or option value selected on all select boxes and input fields. Thanks

I answered above, install Loco Translate plugin then change content in it.
Or change it via po/mo language file which i provided in plugin.

Last solution: open plugin, find it and replace content to other.
