    Hovering where? You should ask it in a CSS support forum addressing them to your site.

    The hoover effect when you have set subscription form style to gray and the widget style to widget-neutral, there`s some orange hoover effect on the submit button. I want to change this color.

    Hi, probably it’s your theme CSS adding this effect. You can contact the theme author or a guy with CSS skill to remove it.
