• Currently, Add-on Categories are displayed in the pop-up order form in the order that they were created in Backend>RestoPress>Add-on Categories.

There are many instances in which new Add-on Categories are likely to be created at a later date – yet would be most helpful for customers if they appeared as the first option?

For Example, an add-on category named “Sides” is created at the same time as “Food Item: Chicken Wings”. One week later a second add-on category of “Sauces” is added to the same Food-Item. The customer is now presented an ordering experience that requires them to choose a side to go with their order before they are presented with the option of choosing which sauce they want on their wings.

Is there a way to work around this currently without having to delete all add-on categories, create them all again with the new option in the order desired, and then go into all food items and re-connect the newly created add-on categories to each food item a second time?

    Hello @xizor ,

Thanks for your using our plugin. Currently there is no such option available where you can order the categories. We have taken your request and in future version we will definitely try to add that functionality where admin can set the category order by their own.
