Change order of search filters

I was wondering if it is possible (and if so: with which hook) to change the order of my filters.
I need to have one of my meta field filters to show up in between my taxonomy filters.

Off course I could “hack” my way around this with jQuery , but would obviously rather do it in a clean way with a nice hook.
