Change order of Subtotal / Discounts

I am looking to change the order of the details section of the receipt / PDF

I would like the order Subtotal to show after the Discounts

Example:
Customer orders a Widget for $10
I have a coupon for 10% off (Customer is to pay $9)

Receipt currently shows
– Order products grid showing 1 product @ $10
– Subtotal – $10
– Discounts – $1
– Shipping – $2
– Tax – $1
– Payment Method – CC / PayPal / Etc
– Total – $12

I would like to either add a line AFTER discount showing Subtotal after discounts, or move subtotal line below discounts and not have it above (but have it reflect discounted price)

Best case Receipt
– Order products grid showing 1 product @ $10
– Discounts – $1
– Subtotal – $9
– Shipping – $2
– Tax – $1
– Payment Method – CC / PayPal / Etc
– Total – $12

Alternate (2nd) best case
– Order products grid showing 1 product @ $10
– Subtotal – $10
– Discounts – $1
– Subtotal after discounts – $9
– Shipping – $2
– Tax – $1
– Payment Method – CC / PayPal / Etc
– Total – $12
