Change order status after export

Hi there,
I need to (1) automatically export orders with a (2) specific order status (“in progess”) to an (3) “S”FTP server, after the export the (4) order status needs to be changed to “complete”. The next automatic export (5) should only export orders that have changed since last run and have again the order status “in progress”.

Are these 5 points possible with the payed premium edition? And do you have documentation where I can read about the configuration.
