Change order status from complete to cancel

  • Hi, thank you for this great plugin.
    I want to make an automation.
    When a membership level expires (paid Membership Pro) i want change the woocomemrce order status from complete to cancel.
    There is a way to do this?
    I have buy the woocommerce addon but didn’t have this option.

    Hi @cvouzas

    WooCommerce orders are posts, so you can use the built-in action included in AutomatorWP to “Update a post” to update the WooCommerce order status.

    Note that from the trigger from Paid Memberships Pro, you are not able to access to it’s WooCommerce order so the way to get the WooCommerce order ID from the PMPro level should be handled in a custom way.

    Also, remember that those forums are for support about free features only, so please, if you are a customer and keep your license active, open a support ticket the next time you need support about premium features.
