Change “out of stock” badge only on specific products

There isn’t a feature built-in to WooCommerce for this, however you could use an extension like Product Badges for WooCommerce. It allows you to select pre-made badges included in the extension, as well as upload your own custom image to use as a badge, and select which products the badge should be assigned to.
