Change output URL

Is it possible with this plugin to change the URL of the feed? I need to create a custom RSS feed that will then change the link in the feed to an internal link.

Basic example would be to change “https://www.mydomain.com/link-to-post” to “https://www.yourdomain.com/link-to-post”

This is very specific use case as the new link will then re-direct back to the original link.
