change page URL

I have got a Website Toolbox forum on a page on my website. I need to change the URL that the link points to. It currently points to https://www.architects4you.com/?page_id=138 I need to change it to https://architects4u.forumchitchat.com/ I tried to do this by changing the permalink in pages > edit page, but only the slug section of the permalink can be changed. Anyone know how I can do this?
My website URL is https://www.architects4you.com/
