Every single plugin that is added to repo will automatically be assigned a support forum but in reality the majority of plugins on the repo will not provide any support for code they have made publicliy available. Or many plugins will charge for support.
We don’t charge for support and provide support to both free users of plugin and paying customers.
Yes we will provide answers here but simply from experience of providing support on this forum, in the past we so often have to ask users for links to sites, or login details to see issue first hand. Most people only want to share links to sites etc privately so we are trying to avoid situation where we have to deal with issue here then move the issue over to our ticekting system.
So to streamline support and make it easier to provide support we would prefer users to submit a support request via our ticketing system.
But if you do not want to submit a ticket we will try our best to help you here.
Would you mind explaining what you are referring to when you wrote “You have 2 options left to main menu”
If you wan’t to add a nav menu item for edit profile you can make the url this: https://ultimatemember.com/user/?profiletab=main&um_action=edit (But change the domain part to your site. This also assumes you haven’t changed the slug for user page).
