    Hi,
my customer placed an order using Vipps ( a Norwegian kind of Paypal). The amount should then be deducted when the order was sent.
When it had been sent I saw that the customer had cancelled his payment with Vipps.
I therefore informed him that the cancellation was to late unless he returned the goods to us. He still wanted it and I had to invoice him.
The order was invoiced manually by the accounting system and now I am not able to complete the order because completion means woocommerce try to deduct from Vipps again…
How can I change payment method at this stage?
Alternatively, what can I do to put this order in Complete status?

    Hello @mortenvonh,

    Thank you for reaching out!

If I understand this part correctly, you can’t go to the orders tab and change the order status to complete because Vipps with charge the customer again.

Most payment plugins like Stripe and WooPayments don’t behave this way, if the order was cancelled, you can change its status to complete without worrying about charging the customer again.

Since this is a unique situation, please reach out to the support team for the Vipps plugin. They’ll be able to guide you on the best way to approach such an issue. :?)

    Cheers!
