Change pdf after sending

    Our customer have a question about the plugin. Sometimes some products are not in store and the send an alternative product to their customer. But then the PDF invoices don’t match the product/price. Is it possible to change this after the customer did their payment and recieved their invoice?

    Hello @jordibrain,

    You’ll be able to update your invoices if the WooCommerce order is updated, using the regenerating invoice icon you’ll find in the PDF document data panel, while updating your order:

    okay found it, but how do we get other products om the invoice then?
    Because when te product is out of stock and we need to deliver an alternative, this product must be on the invoices instead of the product they orderd.

    Hello @jordibrain,

    You can edit your order from WooCommerce, removing the out-of-stock items and adding the new replaces, and then you’ll be able to regenerate the PDF invoice for that specific order. Your order need to be on Pending payment status, if this isn’t the current status of the order, you can change it manually, edit the items and change the status again to the previous one.

    thanks this worked out. one last thing, if we changed the status manually. Then if we are done we need to change it manually back to the right status i think?
