Change photo gallery and gallery group style ?

How to Change the Display/View Type of a Gallery in a Gallery Group

1. Click Photo Gallery from the menu on the left of your WordPress dashboard. 
2. From the list under Photo Gallery, click Options, then click the Gallery Group Defaults tab.
3. Find the Gallery View Type option, select the display type of your gallery from the drop-down menu.
4. Click the Save button at the top right to save your settings. This will apply your selected option to every gallery that uses default options.

In order to apply this setting to a single specific gallery group click the shortcode of the published gallery group in your editor, uncheck the box next to?Use Default Options, click the?Gallery Group?tab, then follow step 3 and click?Update.

Where is the parameter to display Group gallery as extended ?

I’m having the same problem. I set Gallery View to mosaic, but it doesn’t change. When I go back to Gallery View it’s back on thumbnail. I changed the setting under Group of Gallery Views to mosaic, which stays, but nothing changes on my gallery. Still just thumbnail. Thanks.

Dear @skaught , sorry for the wait – could you kindly supply a recording of the issue? Are you sure you are configuring the layout in the shortcode of the gallery you wish changed and not changing “Global settings” instead?
