Change podcast post category and archive link title

    Hello,

    I have successfully managed to change the slug of my podcast archive page to the desired text, websitename.com/podcastname, by (re)using a code snippet from stackoverflow. Two issues persist.

    1. The link title (page name that displays when the podcast archive page link is hovered on or shared), says “Episode Archive.” How to change that to a different text, e.g. “Podcast Name”?
    2. Custom Post Type – Episode displays as category “Episode”, e.g. in breadcrumbs. How to change that to a different category name, e.g. “Podcast”?

    Hi @peterkorchnak2,

    To achieve this, you’ll need to edit your theme’s template files. Unfortunately, this goes beyond the plugin’s functionality and is more related to general WordPress development, so I’m unable to assist with it directly. You might consider hiring a developer to help.

    Alternatively, you could use a different approach by creating a page and using the Episode List block instead of an archive.
