Change position of admin menu?

  • I want to change the location of admin menu (left side on dashboard) to the horizontal. I found “Ozh’ Admin Drop Down Menu” plugin, but that plugin hides the menu and adds the new menu horizontally. I was wondering if there’s any way to change the position of default menu.
