Change post HTML title

Hi there,

When I search in google for a review I did my blog post does show up (yey) however google displays “Elemental Reviews >> Blog Archive >> Post Name” rather than just the post title.

I know I need to change the <title> tags in one of the pages but which one?

EDIT: Got it working so it just displays post name but now the title shows

“>> __________”

The ‘______’ is where the post name would go.
