Change post title size?

Hi, I’d like the make the text size of my post titles larger here: https://www.12minuteathlete.com/
At first I thought the post titles were h3 and I just needed to change them to h1 because my h1 is set as much larger (see here: https://www.12minuteathlete.com/fitter-faster-stronger/) but when I go to inspect element it says the post titles are h1, so I’m not sure why they’re so small. Anyone know how to do this?
