Change Products per line and Image size

I’m using WooCommerce 2.0.20 and I can’t change the number of items per line. I change the the “Product Column” to 3 and it is still display 4 and I also can’t change the the image size for Single Product, Catalog or product thumbnail Images. I also cant change related item count or display upsell items.
