That is not possible as the software behind this forum does not have that functionality.

You can change your display name though.

Or if you’d like abandon that existing account and create a new one and just use that new one.

Hi, I am happy to change the display name, but all I see is a drop down with my display name and no other way to change it.. Could you give me a hint as to how to go about changing it ?

If you enter/change your first and last names of your profile, then save it, those will be available as your display name.
