Change Profile Permalink Base To Nickname

Unfortunately, it’s not possible to change Profile Permalink Base to “nickname” or “display name” without some custom coding and changes to the plugin files which we do not recommend doing due to the future updates compatibility.

Well i don’t why the support told you it is not possible.

Just go in the ultimate member > settings > general > user and set as such:

Permalink as Username
User Display name as Username
