Change Published Time To Event Time

I’m using a simple plugin for creating events called “Event Post” https://event-post.com/ Events are made as posts and displayed on an Events (Posts) page without any problem. However, I’ve hit a small snag. I need additional functionality to make it or any other Event plugin display correctly.

I want to display the Event start time, not the Published time in both the post and posts page. (Event and Events Page)

Currently, Published time is all I can display and it causes confusion with the actual event start time.
I want to change from published time to Event time and possibly remove Published time altogether.

Is there some code or a plugin that can do this?
