    Hello and good day.

I have the plugin installed and working correctly.

However, dropshipping from Alixpress via another plugin. I need to lower the quantity that Aliexpress is reporting for products.

I am trying to sync these products to ebay but the quantity is exceeding the amount I can currently list.

I have tried ticking Stock Management and changing the quantity but it does not appear to change the quantity in WP-Lister.

    Is this possible?

    Hi @rayeason

    Thanks for contacting support.

    Your options are the following:

1.) Provide a quantity in the quantity field of the edit product page in Woocommerce. This quantity value will be sent to eBay when listing items to eBay through WP-Lister as long as the manage stock option in the edit product page of WC (within the “Inventory” tab in the “Product data” section is enabled) and you don’t have a custom quantity set in the listing profile of WP-Lister (more on this below)

If you did edit stock in WC and it did not update to eBay, your listings are likely unlocked in WP-Lister which means they need to be revised manually. To do that revise the “Changed” listings on the listings page of WP-Lister.

Only locked listings in WP-Lister will have stock and or price updated automatically to the listings on eBay:

2.) Or for eBay, you can use the “Custom quantity options” in the listing profile to provide custom stock levels for your eBay listings.

    Thanks for the quick reply!

    That kind of worked.

I was able to list the products but the quantity on eBay shows more than the quantity I entered.

I ticked STOCK MANAGMENT with a quantity of 100 in wocommerce.

I then went into profile and selected CUSTOM QUANTITY.

    Max Quanity: 100
    Fixed Quantity: 100
    Fixed Quantity Rules: All

    Ebay is showing 8400 Quantity.

However, It allowed me to list under my maximum quanity but the quantity I entered is not correct.

Is there something different I need to do?

    Hi @rayeason

Sorry but no, so if this is what is happening you should reach out to our support team here: https://www.wplab.com/request-support/ so we can have you send us some logs to examine for you. Please include a link to this forum post in your email.

The only other thing I can recommend trying is only using 1 option, custom quantity, or stock in the edit product page, but not both.

    Kind regards,
    John

I think I found the issue.

There were 84 variations of the product and I had the stock at 100.

I disabled the stock management in woocommerce and enabled unmanaged stock in WP Lister.

    Thank you sooooo much!

    Glad to hear that @rayeason

Yes, each variation will take on the stock amount you provide in the parent of WC, which would make sense, 84 variations X 100 = the 8400 you were seeing.

    All the best ??
