Change Quantity Color for 1 Limit Item

Hello, I’m hoping someone will be able to help me. I’m building a cart page and when I changed the color of the font for the Quantity of an item it will only change the color to items that can be purchased more than once. It also changes the font from something other than my default. However, it won’t change the color of the font for any item that is limited to one per purchase. Those items remain my default theme font and the default black. The numbers also don’t line up. Here’s a picture to hopefully help explain what I mean: https://imgur.com/a/4SnsRgv
