change question for captcha

Hi! We have a premium plugin on our website. It’s used to show a mathematical formula and everybody loved it. Recently it got changed to “how many units in a dozen”. Our customers are from all over the world and don’t understand what this question means & don’t know how to respond. I can’t find where to update it. The current version is 0.5.2. Just in case I purchased another premium version, downloaded it, and uploaded it to the website. Once I tried to activate it, it gives me a fatal error. Help as soon as you can!?

Hi – We have removed that question from the question bank so it will not show up again.

Do you have access to the old version still? We will look into this fatal error with the new version. You can also add a free version for now (we’ve added a few additional free questions)

Hi! I’m not sure why but the question is still there and I don’t see where I can change it. Also, it says: “Your account was successfully activated with the Premium plan. Please follow these steps to complete the upgrade. ” So I’m not sure whether the free or paid version is now active.

So, to make sure I got it correctly, you suggest for now to install a free version and to deactivate the premium one. Right? Thank you!
