Change Quiz layout from list to grid view for mobile usage

    Hey everybody!

    I am currently building my first Quiz with this plugin. After finishing I have seen that the quiz is always being shown as a list layout on mobile, regardless if I select grid in the settings.

    For my Quiz I just have 6 images as answers. Because of the list view you can barely see the images on your phone. I would like to change that also into a grid view with 2 columns or with 1 column if I can increase the size or the images.

    In the documentation I have seen that for mobile it is set as list view on purpose.

    My change attempts via custom CSS (with my buddys help chat gpt ?? were not succesful.
