Change Read More button text language

I tried everything. Edit the language file (po and mo), search for all php files but couldn’t change “read more” and “no comments” sentences to turkish language. Surprisingly i can see turkish in the customize menu preview of my theme. But in english again on regular view. will get crazy about this. I will appreciate if you help me. Thanks.
