Change "Read Previous Post" text?

    Hi! I really like this plugin, it’s great! How can I change the text in the flyout, though? It says “Read Previous Post”, but I want it to say “Read Next” or something similar. Can I change this somehow? Would be great to have a settings box in the admin area that allowed custom headline text here.
