• Hello,
I have an e-mail that is sent to my email and I’d like to change it so that the recipient is the customer.

    How can I do it?
    Thank you

    Hi,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

I’m afraid I can’t help with that. Our plugin can’t interfere the recipient’s address. Its core feature is to design WooCommerce email templates only.

If the email in question is WooCommerce’s default email, you might be able to edit it in WooCommerce itself. If it’s created by a 3rd plugin, you would need to ask the plugin author, they should be able to assist you further.

    Best regards.

I don’t quite understand your question.

but i think you styled the wrong email. (I’m not from this plugin but read your message.)

    Go to:
    Woocommerce –> Settings –> emails

There you see the different Woocomerce emails. You see which ones are sent to the administration and to the customer.

Right, but it’s not our plugin’s features. It doesn’t send email or handle recipient’s address.

There is a mail about failed order
The problem is that it is sent to the admin’s mailbox
I’d like to send it to the customer concerned

I understand what you’re looking for. But still, our plugin can’t help with changing recipient address. You would need to check that within the WooCommerce plugin because that’s their supported feature.
