Change registration email from and title information

Hello,

I have integrated wordpress into my site, however when a user registers to use the service, the email sent has WordPress as the ‘from’ and [] Your username and password? as the ‘title’.

Please could someone advise as to how I can change both of these pieces of information, in the auto-activation email a registrant receives.
