Change registration page files

“Sign up for Member–
You currently have a subscription for the Member subscription. If you wish to sign up a different subscription then you can do below.”

There are no other subscription options so I need to to be able to change this text to make it more clear.

You can change this text in the following Membership plugin files on line numbers 61 and 24 respectively.

membership\membershipincludes\includes\popover_payment.form.php
membership\membershipincludes\includes\payment.form.php

But editing plugin files is not recommended as these changes will be overwritten and lost when you update the plugin and you will have to make these again after plugin updation.

Alternatively you can translate the plugin as described on the following page to change this text.

Also, in the “options” tab I selected a redirect page upon completing registration. Isn’t that what should be coming up?

I think you are talking about the “Registration completed page”. This page only gets displayed when a user has signed up for membership and completed any payments required.
