Change Reply to Sender Email?

When a visitor uses the contact form on our maintenance page, we receive an email from sender “[email protected]” with the sender’s message.
When replying to this email, the message is directed to “[email protected]”.
Ideally, we’d like the reply to be directed to the sender as opposed to “[email protected]”.
How can we make this happen?
We’re OK with modifying the plugin files if necessary.
