Change Review Stars to Another Symbol

I am looking to change the review stars to hearts. In other places I have been able to change to a different UTF code. However, in Woocommerce, the css shows \73\73\73\73\73,
\53\53\53\53\53, \e020 and \e021. I am not sure where these codes come from, as they don’t seem to be UTF. Any ideas where I can locate the equivalent for a heart symbol?

I was able to replace the stars (default Storefront theme), with
\f08a— using the Fontawesome cheat sheet here: https://fontawesome.io/cheatsheet/Here’s what worked for me:
p.stars a:before {font-family: 'FontAwesome'; content: '\f08a';} p.stars:hover a:before {font-family: 'FontAwesome'; content: '\f08a';} p.stars a:hover~a:before {font-family: 'FontAwesome'; content: '\f08a';}As you can see I also added
font-family: 'FontAwesome';Results:
