change scroll down px for different screen sizes

Awesome plug in. Works great. By any chance is there a way to change the “Make Visible when scrolled xx px. amount for various screen size?
I ask because the section just above the menu has different heights based on 5 different screen sizes.
You can see what I am trying to do here…
