Change search results order priority

    Hey there

    Is it possible now within the Premium plugin, to make priority of some category/products?

    Let’s say we have 3 different categories with the word “Cars”
    1) Premium cars
    2) Used cars
    3) Other cars

    And if the client is searching for “Cars” we want to show “Premium cars” first, and then the other 2 category after this? And with some manual selection.

    Hi there,

    Unfortunately, it’s not possible.

    There are 5 main factors, that affect the ordering:

    1. An exact match of product name
    2. Keywords position in product name
    3. Keywords position in product SKU
    4. SKU exact match bonus
    5. Check similarity between phrase and product name

    In the next plugin releases, we plan to add the possibility to highlight specific products or even all categories in search results. Also, we consider adding manual prioritizing.
