Change Secondary Menu Color or add another menu

    I am trying to to add a second menu bar above my main one, issue is I want them to be two separate colors and I cannot figure out how to do that.

    I can’t do anything with the files except CSS due to the latest genesis upgrade won’t let me change the other files anymore and my site was originally created for me so I don’t have the original files.

    I added a custom menu bar ontop of my main but I cannot figure out how to customize the color of it or move the text from the left to the right.

    If I can’t change it this way is there a plugin or another way to add a customized nav bar atop the main one?

    Oh… the menu I am wanting to customize is the one currently sitting on the main line, the tabs above in the header will be removed when I can customize a 2nd menu bar so ignore those.
