Change sender email

How is it possible to change the name/email of the sender when using this plugin. I have configured it on several sites to send email using a gmail account SMTP settings (i.e. Google API). But I do not want the email to originate from the gmail – rather I’d like to specify a domain name email (i.e. [email protected]).

Is this even possible (without using SMTP settings of domain name email)? I have tried to edit PHP manually and use the CB plugin but it does not work for me.
