I apologize for any confusion with this (and for my delayed response here!)
In order to help out, I’d need to know some extra details. I’ve shared questions and some quick tips below:
1) Are your SMTP test emails (under WP Mail SMTP > Settings > Email Test) arriving successfully and with the correct From Name?
If not, then this means that something in WP Mail SMTP has most likely not been set up correctly. In this case, please be sure to go back through our setup tutorial for the mailer you’ve chosen.

2) If those test emails are working correctly, then could you please check whether the From Email in your WP Mail SMTP settings is being used in whichever plugin(s) are sending the email(s)?
You can do this by checking the Force From Email box (under WP Mail SMTP > Settings) or by going into the specific plugin’s settings and manually adjusting the From Email to match the email you used to set up SMTP.
