    Need help changing the sender name from the default email to a new name using a Microsoft account

    Hi @davidw09,

    Thanks for reaching out! When you authenticate a Microsoft account, it will use the account holder’s name as the “from name”.

    If you want to change the name, please set your preferred name within your Microsoft account, so that it will use as your “from name” when sending emails.
