Change share button colours on a single page

Hello. Is there a custom code I can use to change the colour of the share buttons on a single page on my website? Sitewide my colours are; white background with black text, and my my share buttons are black with white text/logos. However I have created a single page on my site where the colours are inverted. I.e it has a black background with white text. Therefore I am trying to change the colours of my share buttons for this single page so they are consistent with the rest of the page. I want them to be white with black text/logos for this page only. Any advice?

PS I’m using SquareSpace not WordPress.
