Change Sharing URL

Hi!
I need to change the sharing URL of some post according to the date of the post.

The expression is quite simple, I just can’t understand where to put my code into hupso plugin files.

Can you please tell me in which file and code line I can change the sharing URL (I think I could usa both php or javascript)?

My goal is to the get a facebook popup like this: https://www.facebook.com/sharer/sharer.php?u=MY_URL_NOT THE PERMALINK
