Change shipping method on combine

    Hi,

    In our store we set shipping method based on total value of cart. However, if customer places multiple orders that are combined, we miss out on this.

    Would there be any way to set a new shipping method if combined orders total is above xxx?

    Shipping fee can be added manually to the orders but unfortunately shipping cannot be added automatically or through any rules set from the settings page. I am working on it, if I will get success so you will see some improvements regarding shipping related settings too.
