Change Shipping Options At Checkout

Hello,

I would need you advice on how the shipping options are displayed at checkout.

I have 2 shipping methods setup: a flat rate option, and free shipping over a certain value.

They both appear as radio button options at checkout, regardless of order value which doesn’t make sense. I would like to have only the flat rate displayed if the order does not meet the free shipping requirement. IF the order qualifies for free shipping than only that option should be displayed.
