change “shipping” to “Shipping and delivery” in cart

Loco Translate enables you to create a custom translation file which is great in that you can use your own words for things, but the disadvantage is that whenever WooCommerce introduces new strings, you will need to add those to your custom file, and this could be a burden. If you don’t keep your custom file up-to-date, you would get the default text for any new strings. The default is US English.

The alternative to Loco would be to use:
https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/say-what/
and setup a text replacement with these settings;
Original text: Shipping
(must be exact)
Domain: woocommerce
(must be exact)
Context:
(leave blank)
Replacement string: Shipping & Delivery
(your choice here)

Doing it this way means your language’s translation file will be updated automatically for you.

I didn’t realize this would be so difficult to change one word. ??

@ihereira thank you for your comment and suggestion; I just tried this method, using loco translate plugin, and followed the instructions from the link you provided and it did not work.

Download woocommerce.zip onto my hard drive, unzip it, and use EasyFind.app to search through the code, mixed in with a bit of Googling. However, most of the time, the context is left blank.
