Change Site Address and WordPress address and then reverted! ERROR-404

I installed wordpress to
mysite.com/wordpress

and then in admin panel i changed wordpress adress and site adress to mysite.com

Then the site was 404 totally! I found many such problem in www.ads-software.com forum and then
I, from phpmyadmin changed site adress and wordpress adress back to mysite.com
now mysite.com/wordpress is not 404 but when i open any posts page or simple page then it redirect back to mysite.com/wordpress rather than mysite.com/wordpress/post-title
