Hi. Bought a license for Jetpack and ended up connecting it to a blog on WordPress.com where I don’t need Jetpack. Instead, I wanted to connect it to my primary site, enewspf.com. The main site is a stand-alone WP site also connected to my WordPress.com account.

How can I point Jetpack to the other site without buying another license? Just want to use it on the one site.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @gwkopy

I have transferred the plan from kopy*****i.net/blog to enewspf.com. You can now add a payment method and enable auto-renew by logging into your WordPress.com account > click Account Profile (your profile picture on the top right) > Purchases > enewspf.com > Add Payment Method.

Also, since you are a paid user, you can contact us from our contact form: https://jetpack.com/contact-support (Be sure to log in to the WordPress.com account that purchased the plan; otherwise, the contact form will not appear).
