Change size of title/tagline text

  • How do I change the size of the text on the site-title to make it smaller (like h3)? Failing that, can I confine it to the homepage?

    I’d also like to change the color of the top nav bar… ; )

    I can edit the html etc, I just need to know where these variables live. I can’t find them in any of the theme files. Thanks!
