• I am trying to find out where I need to edit the size of the widget areas. I am using google ad master plugin on my site and it works great, however the theme I am using seems to create a widget area that is an awkward size and the ads don’t display correctly and are cut off.

How do I edit the widget size in the theme? What file do I need to edit. I couldn’t find anything doing a search. I have checked widgets.php, functions.php, and style.css and I can’t seem to figure it out.

The actual widget location I am trying to edit is “First Top Widget Area”

  • Try using Firefox with the Firebug add-on for this kind of CSS troubleshooting. Or use whatever developer tool is available in your web browser.

Seems there is no area for the size of the box. It must be somehow automatically set?

Unless you provide a link to a page demonstrating the problem, no one will be able to offer much in the way of further assistance.
